Please use this form to send a comment, report a problem, or ask a question regarding the Variations2 Digital Music Library system.

If you are receiving the message "The Variations2 server is currently unavailable" and you have not updated your client to version 5.2 or higher, you will need to download the latest client from IUWare. As of September 13th, client versions 5.1 or earlier are no longer supported.

If you are working in the Cook Music Library and are experiencing a serious problem with Variations2 that is affecting access to multiple recordings or scores, please report the problem to staff at the Circulation Desk. This form is monitored Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. Questions submitted outside of those hours will be responded to on the next business day.

Known Variations2 system outages are posted on the UITS IT Notices web site. In addition, Variations2 may be unavailable from 6-10 AM on Sundays due to scheduled maintenance.
